Ombre Powder Brows in Las Vegas

Policies & Procedures

Previous Permanent Makeup:

If you had previous permanent makeup done by another artist please send a clear full front face photo with no filter of your bare brows PRIOR to booking for approval. Failure to do so will be subject to a canceled appointment and deposit forfeited.

Sometimes we cannot correct or neutralize previous permanent makeup in one appointment, so another appointment must be booked. A non-refundable deposit will be required for each additional appointment needed.

If you had previous permanent makeup done by another artist and are only seeking a touchup, unfortunately, we do not touchup another artists’ work. This would be considered a correction and coverup appointment. Touchup rates are reserved for existing clients only.

Deposit:
All appointments require a deposit to secure a booking that goes towards your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable one-time to reschedule an appointment if a notice of 48 hours prior to the original appointment is given. We DO NOT offer any refunds for any services.

If we cannot come to an agreement on shape during a consultation and the appointment is already over an hour in, you must reschedule. A non-refundable deposit will be required to book another appointment. We may have back-to-back appointments, so please respect the time constraint.

Cancellations:
Canceling your original appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. A 48 hours notice is required for a ONE time reschedule. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a new deposit is required in order to reschedule a new appointment.

If you are a NO SHOW for your original appointment, your deposit is FORFEITED and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. If you accumulate two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book future appointments. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Tardiness:
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, CALL/TEXT immediately to reschedule. Being more than 15 minutes late will RESULT in a cancellation of your appointment and deposit forfeited; a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule a new appointment. Being late to your appointment will delay the rest of the day’s schedule with other clients. Your time is just as valuable as mine and to the next client after you that is scheduled. Please be on time!

Preparing for your BROWS appointment:

4 Weeks Prior:
No Botox or fillers 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks after the procedure

2 Weeks Prior:
No facial treatments such as chemical peels.

Discontinue Retinol, Vitamin E, Fish Oils, Exfoliants (AHA). No tanning.

1 Week Prior:
No waxing, tinting, threading, or plucking your brows

48 Hours Prior:
Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, Niacin, other NSAIDs that could thin your blood 2 days prior and 2 days after the procedure. Please consult with your doctor before stopping any needed medication. Your health is more important!

Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, tea, energy drinks, and soda. These will cause bleeding and blood pushes the pigment out, therefore, they will lead to poor retention during the healing process.

24 Hours Prior:
Do not work out 24 hours prior to your procedure. The increase in blood flow to your face will make your brows prone to swelling. Even if you are no longer perspiring, salt is still present under the skin which causes poor retention.

No smoking or hair appointments 24 hours prior. Oxygen is required for healing and smoking limits the amount of oxygen delivered to your brows. Hair dyes/coloring/chemical treatments may cause skin sensitivity.

If you are on your menstrual cycle, please note you will be more sensitive during the procedure.

If you’ve had any cosmetic surgical procedures done, please wait a full two months prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you have any pimples, bruises, open wounds, or any other skin irritations near the brow area, please wait for them to heal completely before your scheduled appointment.

Keep an open mind! Getting permanent makeup done is low maintenance, NOT a no-maintenance procedure. It will help speed up your process of applying makeup. It doesn’t replace having to apply makeup when you want a dramatic full makeup look. If you absolutely do not want to do anything to your brows, we can always go darker during your touchup appointment. Therefore, I always recommend being more conservative on your original appointment as we can always go darker, but we can’t go lighter. If you prefer the full makeup look, please do not ask for “natural” brows. Please have realistic expectations!
